Very complete set, known as the form of ''100 strikes, 100 hits'', this set contains many of the major moves with the tri-sectional staff in all categories: cross-body and inverted blocking combinations; overhead, around the body, and behind the back spins; step-over techniques; close-in work and then use at maximum extension, etc. Wide-ranging techniques require a good size training area. Highly versatile weapon once proficiency has been attained. Great foundation for the two-man She Fan Tui Hou Wei Ming Yu (#10 below).
