Staff (Bo): Combined Methods Staff (Bei Shaolin Chieh Fa Kun) from Northern 5-Animal Shaolin

The highly prized set from Northern 5-Animal Shaolin. You have not really trained on a comprehensive and difficult staff form until you have attempted this one! Green Dragon's senior students have some 20 good staff sets from almost as many different styles. All have something concrete and valuable to offer. None, however, would be more complex, challenging, and result producing that this one! As a compilation from several of the Northern styles dating back to the great consolidation of the 16th Century, this staff set has everything! It has no equal as preparation for other types of long-handled weaponry. Very highly recommended.
