Smoked Salmon - 7 oz sliced

One taste and you'll know this is the real thing! Mimi Sheraton calls it one of the world's poshest treats! Lightly cured using a family recipe and then expertly cold smoked in the traditional style over smoldering whisky cask chips, this is the only Scottish smoked salmon to carry a Royal Warrant from Queen Elizabeth. Thinly sliced in 7 oz. vacuum package and ready to enjoy. Market Pricing Subject to Change - Due to pandemic there are very few flights for perishable products from UK to USA, and United Airlines has raised our air freight from 2 British pounds per kilo to 9 British pounds per kilo. As a result we will be changing the price on all smoked fish with each delivery. We simply cannot continue to honor our pre-pandemic price. All our smoked salmon is cured, then smoked and shipped in an airtight pouch. It can be refrozen upon delivery without affecting flavor or texture as the fish is 'cooked' with a very low moisture content.
