Quiet Roots – Grounding Herbal Tea Blend | Gentle, Floral & Deeply Rooted

Quiet Roots – Herbal Tea Blend | Gentle, Floral & Deeply Rooted Quiet Roots is built around the idea of an herb garden distilled into a single cup, earthy, soft, and rooted in old-fashioned botanicals rather than anything flashy. Part of the TMG Blend lineup, this gentle herbal mix combines spearmint, chamomile, red rose petals, mullein, lemon balm, raspberry leaf, and holy basil into a soft, layered infusion that leans more toward quiet and grounded than bright and bold. Tea drinkers who want something mellow, herbaceous, and reminiscent of a backyard garden will find Quiet Roots an easy, comforting addition to the shelf. This is a blend that feels like it grew somewhere real. Gentle, Earthy, and Softly Floral Quiet Roots opens with cool, bright spearmint, settling into the sweet, apple-like softness of chamomile and the delicate floral note of red rose. Underneath, mullein contributes a mild, slightly sweet, hay-like flavor, while lemon balm adds a soft citrus lift that keeps the cup from feeling flat. Holy basil rounds things out with its distinctive warm, clove-like spice, and raspberry leaf lends a light, slightly tannic body reminiscent of black tea, without any actual caffeine. None of these botanicals are especially loud on their own, and the blend leans into that, building a cup that's soft and layered rather than sharp or assertive. What's in the Blend Spearmint – cool, bright, and herbaceous, the lightest top note in the cup Chamomile – sweet, apple-like, and gently floral Red Rose Petals – delicate floral sweetness with a faintly tart edge Mullein – mild, slightly sweet, and hay-like, contributing soft body without bitterness Lemon Balm – a light citrus brightness that lifts the floral and herbal notes Raspberry Leaf – a mild, slightly tannic body reminiscent of black tea, with no caffeine Holy Basil – warm, clove-like spice that anchors the blend with a touch of depth How to Brew It Steep 1 to 2 teaspoons of Quiet Roots in hot water for 6 to 8 minutes to let the milder botanicals like mullein and raspberry leaf fully open up alongside the more forward floral and minty notes. Because the blend is caffeine-free, it's suited to any time of day, morning, midday, or evening. A touch of honey rounds out the cup nicely, and a slice of lemon brightens the floral notes without overwhelming the earthier base. Served hot, the blend feels soft and rounded; chilled over ice, it turns into a mellow, easy-drinking iced tea. Beyond the Mug Quiet Roots soft, layered flavor lends itself to more than just a straightforward cup of tea. Use a strongly brewed batch as the base for a mellow iced tea blended with lemonade, or simmer it into a light syrup for drizzling over fruit, yogurt, or simple cakes. The blend's gentle floral and herbal notes also make it a pleasant addition to a slow afternoon alongside something equally unhurried, a book, a garden, or a quiet kitchen. Old Garden Botanicals, Brought Together Each ingredient in Quiet Roots carries its own long-standing place in garden and household herbal tradition. Chamomile and lemon balm have been grown in European cottage gardens for centuries, mullein is a familiar wayside plant historically gathered from fields and roadsides across Europe and North America, and rose has been cultivated and dried across countless cultures for its fragrance. Holy basil, or tulsi, holds a revered place in Indian households and temple gardens, while raspberry leaf has long been gathered alongside the berry-producing canes in gardens and hedgerows. Quiet Roots brings these separate garden traditions together into one blend, each botanical carrying its own small piece of household history. Stored for Freshness, Character Intact Store Quiet Roots in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture, and the blend will hold its flavor and aroma for up to a year. Quality Quiet Roots should show distinct, recognizable pieces of each botanical, pale chamomile flowers, soft mullein leaf, red rose petals, and a few darker raspberry leaf and holy basil pieces, rather than a uniform, dusty mix. Easy Brewing Tips Because this blend includes milder botanicals like mullein and raspberry leaf, a slightly longer steep helps draw out their flavor alongside the more assertive mint and rose. If you find the cup too mellow, steep a touch longer or add an extra half teaspoon rather than reaching for a stronger herb. The blend's softness makes it forgiving and hard to oversteep, so it's a good option for a slower, more relaxed brewing approach. Strain well before serving, since the mix of leaf and petal sizes can leave fine particles if poured straight from a loose steep. Steep Something Rooted Imagine a quiet afternoon with a mug of Quiet Roots steeping nearby, mint and rose mingling with the soft, hay-like warmth of mullein and holy basil. Imagine a garden's worth of old-fashioned botanicals brought together in a single cup, gentle and unhurried. Quiet Roots offers all of that: a soft, layered flavor, a caffeine-free blend suited to any time of day, and a collection of botanicals each carrying their own small piece of garden history. Steep your first cup of Quiet Roots and settle into something gentle and grounded.
