BEHIND THE PRODUCT:  Our rack of lamb ribs, often referred to as Denver Baby Back Ribs, are a hearty yet health conscious option for those looking to dine on premium meat. Lamb is naturally low in fat, which allows for a juicy yet filling alternative to regular beef ribs.  By fusing tradition with technology, our producers practice sustainable agriculture and produce food that is humanely raised, delicious, and nutritious. It is an excellent source of vitamin B12, niacin, zinc, and selenium. Additionally, a 3-ounce portion contains nearly five times the amount of essential omega-3 fatty acid as compared to the same size portion of beef. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Denver Ribs can be served in many different options, such as grilled, pan-seared, or roasted. Lamb ribs can be seasoned and coated with sauces of your choosing, such as barbecue or any other traditional sauce that would be found on any other beef rack of ribs. Rosemary in particular is an herb that is very complimentary to the meaty yet tender flavor. For a spicy yet decadent kick of heat, serve accompanied with our Chile Crunch.  COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: USA (Colorado) STORAGE: Keep Frozen. Thaw under refrigeration 18-24 hours. INGREDIENTS: Lamb.
