Iron Vest, the GENUINE program!

It can be stated with confidence that the many advantages of the TRUE Iron Vest rivals the results from Stone Warrior in some areas; and in others will promote qualities highly valued by martial artists which are totally unique. The differences between Stone Warrior and Iron Vest far outweigh the similarities; just what you would expect to find if these sets are to produce different types of power and health benefits. While the staff of Green Dragon regard the Stone Warrior program as the premiere strength & muscular development program ever to come the orient, we don't have to choose! The Iron Vest is an internal program, designed to augment and balance the chi, while generating tremendous health for the entire body. The chief outstanding feature of Iron Vest is the body hardness that develops first in the solar plexus area and progressively spreads over the entire upper body within 3 years time (except the neck and groin, those areas take more time). The Iron Vest was known to make the body invulnerable to strikes of all kinds. Being internally oriented, the results come slower and begin to develop first in the area of the solar plexus and very gradually spreading out over time. Iron Vest focuses on the speed of execution through large and complex routes, so the endurance aspect of stamina is emphasized. Iron Vest will result in a substantial loss of excess body fat in students who may be overweight. ***A note of caution: in the kung fu arts there are a large number of miscellaneous exercises thrown together and misrepresented as the legitimate Iron Vest by questionable sources who have never had access to the the GENUINE program! Our program was reviewed and refined on many points by the eminent Grandmaster Chang Tung Sheng, who authorized the legitimacy of our Iron Vest!
