Sunlight: Grows best in full sun to partial shade, requiring at least 4-6 hours of sunlight daily. Temperature: Upland Cress is cold-tolerant and thrives in temperatures between 45-75°F. Can tolerate light frosts, making it ideal for cooler climates. Harvesting: Begin harvesting when the leaves are 4-6 inches tall, typically 3-4 weeks after planting.
