The Creole Masala Spice Blend is sweet, flavorful, and spicy. It comes ready to be enjoyed as a marinade or a stand-alone rub. Add some to a blend of olive oil, vinegar and/or lime or lemon juice for a delicious marinade! It's amazing on tofu, chicken, lamb, and beef.  You can also sprinkle some in your scrambled eggs, on your hard-broiled eggs, or as you sautée your shrimps or veggies for an explosive flavor experience.
