teaching sweet hearts

teach love

running late is my cardio

stay flexible

because easy won't change you

heavily meditated

weights and shakes

i stay in shape by running from my problems

i am not drunk today was leg day

and she lifted heavily ever after

recover loudly to keep others from dying quietly

love is all you need

i miss the 90s

listen,

all the good ones...

do not try to play crazy with me...

me??? give up carbs?!

i just laugh...

i am getting way to comfortable...

if you have to ask...
