This robust hardware serves as a dedicated platform for permanent mounting, ensuring that linemen can handle heavy materials with significantly improved safety and time efficiency during field operations.  The integration of a high-load sealed ball bearing ensures that this wire dispenser reel maintains smooth rotation even under the weight of large coils. Maintenance requirements are kept to a minimum thanks to the high-strength steel construction and a durable black finish that resists the elements. Operators can utilize a simple pull-knob system to facilitate the quick loading of materials without unnecessary struggle. To maintain precise control over the payout speed, the unit features an adjustable brake tension system that is easily tuned with a standard three-quarter inch wrench. Variable arm settings allow the device to adapt to different coil sizes, ranging from an inside diameter of 14 to 20 inches and an outside diameter up to 32 inches. With a weight of 54 pounds and a width capacity of 10.25 inches, the reel offers a rugged build quality that prioritizes longevity. The integrated wire guide further assists in both the dispensing and rewinding processes, preventing tangles and ensuring a clean workflow. This streamlined design reduces the physical effort required during deployment while maximizing the productivity of the crew.
