Zoop - PlayStation

Zoop for PlayStation is a puzzle game from Media Quest built around fast color-matching action and constant pressure from every side of the screen. Its distinctive twist is a central player piece that fires shapes outward, turning each stage into a rapid test of timing, pattern recognition, and score-chasing reflexes. Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Disc play surface is in good condition. This arcade-style puzzle format focuses on clearing approaching shapes by matching colors and forms before the playfield closes in. The action comes from all directions instead of dropping pieces from a single side, giving Zoop a more aggressive pace than traditional falling-block puzzlers. Play centers on quick shots from the middle of the screen, creating short sessions that suit repeat runs and high-score play. The E for Everyone rating fits the abstract presentation, with simple rules and increasing speed driving the challenge rather than story content. Zoop was developed by Hookstone Productions and released on several platforms, making the PlayStation version part of a cross-platform puzzle release from the era. Its design is rooted in score attack gameplay rather than level-based adventure structure, which gives the disc a distinctly arcade-like feel.
