ZF Ecolife mini-USB diagnostics cable

Jaltest JDC308A -- ZF Ecolife Mini-USB Diagnostics Cable The JDC308A connects your Jaltest diagnostic system to ZF Ecolife transmissions using a Mini-USB interface. The ZF Ecolife is a fully automatic transmission used in city buses and transit vehicles, and it communicates over Mini-USB rather than the proprietary connectors found on older ZF Ecomat platforms. This cable is 1.5 meters long (approximately 59 inches), giving you comfortable reach when the diagnostic port is tucked away in a bus or transit vehicle chassis. Key Specifications Part Number: JDC308A Link Version: V8.1 / V9 Cable Length: 1.5 meters (approximately 59 inches) Connector: Mini-USB (ZF Ecolife diagnostic port) Application: ZF Ecolife automatic transmissions Compatible Software: Jaltest CVS (ZF Ecolife coverage) MSRP: $90.00 Who Needs This Cable Transit agencies, bus fleets, and heavy-duty shops servicing vehicles with ZF Ecolife transmissions. The Ecolife is a common fitment in modern city buses in Europe and North America. If you work on ZF Ecolife units and do not yet have this cable, you will not be able to connect Jaltest to those transmissions -- the Mini-USB interface is not shared with any other Jaltest cable in the lineup. What You Can Do With It Connect Jaltest V8.1 or V9 link to ZF Ecolife transmissions via Mini-USB port Read and clear diagnostic trouble codes from ZF Ecolife transmission control units View live transmission data during operation Perform diagnostic tests supported by Jaltest ZF Ecolife software module Compatibility Notes The Mini-USB connector on this cable is specific to the ZF Ecolife diagnostic port -- it is not a generic USB cable and should not be confused with one. Compatible with both V8.1 and V9 link hardware. For ZF Ecolife with the MCP 9-pin connector instead of Mini-USB, see JDC309A. Why Buy From OEM Diagnostic Tools?
