Use the Slingco A Type High Strength Cable Grip when pulling static or guy wire. The Slingco MU Type High Strength Cable Grip is designed for heavy-load line installation where strong cable control and pulling stability are required. Built from high-strength galvanized steel, it's great for overhead transmission and distribution work. Its multi-weave construction, incorporating triple, double, and single weave sections, helps maintain strong holding power while distributing load along the conductor. The flexible eye allows easy connection to pulling equipment, helping guide the line smoothly through installation paths. This cable pulling grip supports controlled handling of bare or insulated cable, conductor, or wire. The triple weave section improves gripping strength during heavy-duty pulling operations, helping maintain consistent hold under load. A flexible eye connects easily with line pulling swivels to maintain proper pulling alignment and reduce twisting during cable installation. Color-coded grips help crews quickly identify the correct size for the conductor range being installed, which helps streamline setup when working with multiple grip sizes.  Available in multiple sizes, the device supports conductor ranges from 0.25 inches up to 4.00 inches. Lattice lengths vary from 31 inches to 82 inches depending on the model, while approximate break load ratings range from 7,000 lb to 49,000 lb. These options provide flexibility for different conductor diameters and installation requirements. For pulling static or guy wire, a different grip style is recommended, but for transmission and distribution cable installation tasks, you can rely on The Slingco MU Type High Strength Cable Grip.
