Zapi diagnostics cable

Jaltest JDC564.9 Zapi Diagnostics Cable The JDC564.9 is the Cojali Jaltest interface cable for equipment fitted with Zapi motor controllers. Zapi is an Italian manufacturer of AC and DC motor controllers widely used in electric forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and other electric material handling equipment. If you work on electric MHE with Zapi controllers and use Jaltest, this cable provides the diagnostic interface. What This Cable Does The JDC564.9 connects the Zapi controller's diagnostic port to the Jaltest V9 system. Jaltest software then communicates with the Zapi controller over the Zapi protocol to read fault codes, view live operational data (motor temperature, current draw, voltage, speed feedback), and perform parameter programming and calibrations. Zapi controllers manage traction, hydraulic pump, and steering functions — diagnostic access to these systems is critical for efficient troubleshooting on electric MHE. Key Specifications Part Number: JDC564.9 Equipment Connector: Zapi controller diagnostic port Jaltest Connector: DB15 Cable Length: Approximately 20 inches (longer than most Jaltest specialty cables) Compatible Systems: Zapi motor controllers (Zapi protocol) Jaltest Link Compatibility: V9 MSRP: 30.00 (Cojali USA 2025) Zapi in the MHE Market Zapi controllers are OEM-installed in equipment from multiple manufacturers including Crown, Mitsubishi, Caterpillar, Unicarrier, and others. The Jaltest MHE system covers Zapi through this cable. If you service electric forklifts and order pickers with Zapi controllers, and you run Jaltest MHE diagnostics, the JDC564.9 is a required cable for that coverage. The 20-inch length gives you a bit more reach than the standard 11-inch cables, which is useful when connector placement is tight on smaller electric machines. Who Needs This Cable Electric forklift service shops, warehouse equipment maintenance operations, equipment rental companies with electric MHE fleets, and Zapi-equipped machine dealers. Zapi is extensively deployed in the electric forklift segment — this cable is an important part of any complete Jaltest MHE cable kit. Why Buy From OEM Diagnostic Tools?
