Zaha Hadid (40th Edition)

Zaha Hadid (1950-2016) was a revolutionary architect, known for her daring and visionary designs. Initially acclaimed without many realized projects, Hadid later brought her innovative architectural language to life with structures like the Port House in Antwerp, the Al Janoub Stadium in Qatar, and the Beijing airport terminal. Despite her untimely death in 2016, Hadid left an indelible mark on the architectural world. This accessible edition, based on the TASCHEN monograph, covers her complete works, including ongoing projects. The book features abundant photographs, sketches, and Hadid's own drawings, providing a comprehensive overview of her career, encompassing buildings, furniture, and interior designs.
