You Are Compost

This Sonic Meditation, "You Are Compost," is dedicated to exploring the idea that human bodies are made from compost, constantly engage in composting processes, and ultimately return to the earth through composting. This meditation is designed to be easily facilitated with others with no prior Deep Listening experience.
