Yorktown - House Plan

The Yorktown is a generously sized 4 bedroom farmhouse. Perfect for a large lot and a pool, this plan takes advantage of the land and views. First floor primary bed suite features a luxurious walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and private study or home office. The large open-concept dining and living room features faux beam tray ceilings and abuts the custom kitchen with a huge light filled walk-in pantry. A vaulted side porch with a towering exterior fireplace will allow you to enjoy watching the sun set over your land with the ambiance of a crackling fire. The garage is huge with room for 3 cars, a workshop and tons of storage. Upstairs, two bedrooms split a privacy bathroom and share a small lounge area. Additional unfinished space is provided in the attic that could be finished for various uses.
