Epsom Salt - rich in magnesium, epsom salt helps stabilize mood and relieve stress, anxiety and depression. Helps relax muscles and relieve pain in the shoulders, neck, and back. Herb Blend - healing herbs like lavender and sage help balance Yoni and detox and soothe your mind and body.  Directions: Drape bath tea over the faucet so hot water runs through the bag and creates a tea in the tub. Once the tub is full, toss the tied bag into the water and swish it around to infuse your bath with even more herbal benefits. Another method is to make a large pot of tea using your herbal bath blend and add that herbal infused liquid to the tub before getting in to soak.  This blend is an excellent choice to use for: - Detox / Healing - Self Care - Spiritual Bath - Full Moon / New Moon Bath
