Yonex Wave Grap , Yellow

The Yonex Wave Grap (AC104EX / AC104) in Yellow is a specialized, contoured overgrip featuring a single central rubber strip running beneath a tacky polyurethane layer. Designed in a high-visibility, energetic yellow shade, it utilizes a single center cushion ridge to form defined spiral finger grooves along the handle for enhanced mechanical grip, shock absorption, and hand positioning. Performance Profile Contour & Structural Grip: 9.5/10 — The single central rubber strip creates an ergonomic raised ridge that gives your fingers natural placement points, preventing racquet twist on heavy smashes and off-center hits. Tackiness & Security: 9/10 — Formulated with Yonex's high-tack polyurethane surface to cling firmly to the palm, providing dependable traction during fast-paced exchanges. Absorbency & Airflow: 8.5/10 — Recessed spiral channels formed between ridges assist in directing sweat away from primary palm contact zones. Cushioning & Feedback: 8/10 — Ranging from 0.6 mm at the base up to 2.6 mm along the center ridge, it dampens harsh impact vibrations without heavily masking handle bevel definition. Best Suited For Players Wanting Ergonomic Finger Placement: Ideal for athletes seeking targeted tactile feedback and physical ridges to lock their grip in place. Vibrant Racquet Matching: Great for pairing with yellow, neon, or contrasting racquet cosmetics (such as select Yonex Astrox or Nanoflare frames). Impact Protection: Excellent for players looking for targeted vibration dampening to relieve wrist and elbow fatigue. Multi-Racquet Compatibility: Pre-cut for badminton handles, but offers enough length to wrap tennis, squash, and pickleball grips. Specifications Model Code: AC104EX / AC104. Color: Yellow.
