Yonex BG-80 Badminton String , Yellow

The Yonex BG-80 in Yellow pairs a hard-feeling, explosive response with a high-visibility, vibrant cosmetic. Engineered with high-modulus Vectran fibers braided around a firm multifilament core, its 0.68 mm gauge provides maximum tension retention, heavy-hitting smash power, and a sharp, solid feel on impact that power players rely on. Performance Profile Repulsion Power (8/10): Strong, spring-like power generation driven by the stiff Vectran fiber integration. Durability (7/10): Solid wear life for a hard-feeling string, resisting notch formation under high-tension impact. Control (8/10): Rigid string bed offers direct, predictable shuttle feedback for crisp slicing and accurate drive placement. Hitting Sound (7/10): Produces a deep, solid, and punchy thud on full-power smashes. Shock Absorption (6/10): Firm and stiff impact feel that prioritizes immediate energy transfer over vibration dampening. Best Suited For Power Attackers & Hard Hitters: Players who love a stiff, solid string bed that transfers maximum force into heavy smashes. High-Tension Stringing: Competitors who string at higher tensions and need Vectran fibers to minimize tension decay over time. Control & Drive Specialists: Players who prefer direct, unyielding feedback rather than a soft or overly springy trampolining sensation. Vibrant & Energetic Cosmetics: The bright yellow finish brings a bold, high-contrast look that complements black, dark blue, white, or matching yellow frames. Specifications Color: Yellow.
