Yolk Wall Lamp

The Oluce Yolk Wall Lamp is a remarkable design collaboration between Angeletti & Ruzza, who skillfully combine metal and glass to create a light fixture that both reflects and diffuses light. The design evokes the simplicity of an egg, a two-material object that symbolizes the duo’s creative power. With a central diffuser made from opal satin blown glass, surrounded by clear curved glass and complemented by a chrome metal reflector, the Oluce Yolk Wall Lamp offers a striking yet minimalist aesthetic for any space. Designed with both function and style in mind, the Oluce Yolk Wall Lamp stands out for its ability to illuminate a room with soft, diffused light while also reflecting light with precision. This dynamic lighting effect is achieved through the careful pairing of glass and metal. Additionally, the lamp’s name, derived from the simplicity of the egg, perfectly captures the essence of Angeletti & Ruzza’s design approach—focused on elemental materials and the generative creativity behind them. It’s a perfect choice for those seeking both style and substance. Oluce, founded in 1945, has long been recognized as one of the most influential lighting brands in Italy.
