Instructor:   Charlotte Schafler Every Tuesday from 12:00 pm to 12:45 pm  Beginner Yoga Class – A Hatha Yoga practice that can include seated, standing, balancing, forward and back bending poses. Deep breathing will be encouraged throughout the 45 minute session. This practice is designed to improve flexibility, strength, balance, concentration and can improve lung capacity by focusing on deep breathing during the practice.
