With three distinct mounting options, it is designed to accommodate different counter layouts and installation needs while supporting a seamless built-in mounting process. This flexibility helps make the YS480 a natural fit as the centerpiece of a custom cooking island. Vented Base for Heat Management and Countertop Protection The valance features a custom-fitted, vented base that supports and trims the installed grill while also allowing heat to escape from beneath the cooking chamber area. This heat dissipation helps reduce trapped heat that can build up during higher-temperature grilling. By venting heat away, the kit helps protect nearby countertop materials and supports long-term grill performance in an enclosed outdoor kitchen environment.
