Whether you’re tackling a backyard bash or rolling up to a competition, the YS1500s makes it easy to turn out professional results every time. With smart technology, rugged mobility, and a new built-in storage solution, this pellet grill is designed for serious cooks who want serious control. New Integrated Storage Drawer Now featuring a high-capacity storage drawer built directly into the competition cart, you’ll keep your grilling essentials organized, protected, and close at hand. From GrillGrates to the Wood Fired Oven accessory, from tools to additional grates and racks—the drawer’s 22 ¾” W x 34 ⅞” L x 8 ¼” H dimensions can handle it all. The full-extension glides (rated to 250 lbs.) let you access every inch of the drawer with ease. A robust handle and weather-resistant seal keep your gear secure and protected from the elements, while a silicone-lined mat (included on production models) adds grip and insulation. The drawer hardware and glides are made from 304 stainless steel, and the integrated heat shield keeps the internal drawer temperature below 200°F. This is the kind of thoughtful design that lets you focus on the food—not where you left your spatula. Built Like a Tank, Designed to Perform The YS1500s boasts a competition cart chassis with 10" semi-pneumatic tires, integrated tie-downs, and a pull handle that makes transport smooth and steady, no matter the terrain. Finished with your choice of black, silver, or orange, or ask us about custom colors and stainless signage for a personalized touch. The stainless steel front shelf provides a hygienic prep surface, while the heat management plate door lets you sear over direct flame without removing grates. A slide-out top shelf ensures full access for basting, wrapping, and maneuvering your cook like a pro. Legendary Control & Intelligent Performance At the core of the YS1500s is the Adaptive Control System (ACS), a smart controller powered by FireBoard that delivers precise temperature control from 175º to 500º in 5º increments. Whether you're smoking low and slow or cranking up the heat to grill steaks, the YS1500s adapts to changes like cold meat loads, open doors, and fluctuating pellet quality—so your cook stays steady. Use the YS Drive App to monitor and control your grill via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, access food and chamber temps, set hold programs, and more. The ceramic igniter lights pellets faster, hotter, and more reliably than traditional ignition systems, and it’s backed by a 3-year warranty. The Best Heat Management on the Market Yoder’s patented Heat Management System (HMS), originally perfected on their offset wood pits, gives you unmatched side-to-side temperature control. Whether you’re baking dessert, running a full brisket load, or grilling over flame, this is your secret weapon for consistent results.
