Yoder Smokers 24" Kingman Offset Smoker with Casters

A Generational Offset Platform The Kingman is a true, classic offset smoker—built for those who want to run a true wood fire with expanded cooking space and the control that defines traditional barbecue. Designed as a dedicated stick burner, this backyard offset smoker puts you in command of fire, airflow, and smoke—the essential elements of wood-fired cooking. Built in the USA and shaped by decades of hands-on pit building, the Kingman reflects a standard earned over time and proven in real-world use. As an American-made offset smoker, it carries forward a legacy of craftsmanship while offering a larger-format wood smoker designed for higher-capacity cooks. Engineered for Clean Flow and Even Heat At its core, the Kingman is a traditional offset smoker with a offset firebox—built to burn real wood or charcoal and produce clean, consistent thin blue smoke. The 24″ x 52″ cooking chamber delivers 2,240 square inches of cooking space, providing substantial capacity for larger cooks while maintaining balanced airflow across the entire pit. This makes it a versatile 24x52 offset smoker capable of handling everything from individual briskets to full loads with precision. An extended exhaust stack enhances natural draft, improving combustion efficiency and helping regulate steady temperatures from end to end. A removable heat management plate adds another level of control—allowing you to fine-tune heat distribution or open the chamber for increased airflow and more direct heat when needed. This flexibility allows the pit to function as both a low-and-slow smoker and a responsive charcoal and wood smoker when higher heat is required. Constructed from 1/4-inch steel, this heavy-duty backyard offset smoker is built for thermal stability—holding heat through long cooks and responding predictably to fire management adjustments. Inside, 304 stainless steel cooking grates and a flexible two-piece second shelf provide long-term durability and expanded cooking space. Built for Movement, Workflow, and Real Use The Kingman offset smoker is designed to support real-world cooking conditions. A rugged stand paired with 10″ casters create a stable, maneuverable platform, allowing you to position the pit based on your space, setup, and fire management needs. A stainless-steel front shelf adds durable, easy-to-clean workspace while maintaining clear access to the cooking chamber, and the overall structure is engineered for balance during repositioning. Whether you're adjusting for wind, managing fuel, or settling into a long cook, this wood-fired offset smoker remains responsive and easy to work around. From weekend cooks to larger gatherings, the Kingman delivers the control, capacity, and durability expected from a high-performance stick burner—built to be used, trusted, and passed down.
