Yerba Santa Sage

Yerba Santa, the "Holy & Sacred Herb," is known for its potent healing powers. It is traditionally used as a smudge or incense for protection and purification, and its uplifting scent can also be used to enhance spiritual and emotional well-being. Indicated for those who hold in the water element, especially manifest in the emotions of grief, melancholy, depression or despair. These emotions are stored in the deeper cavities of the body, particularly in the heart/ lung/respiratory region.  Yerba Santa is traditionally used as a smudge for protection and setting boundaries. Yerba Santa has also been used for centuries by Native American to support love, purification, growth, empowerment, beauty, and the release of emotional pain stored in the heart chakra.
