Yellowstone linocut print

This piece is a hand printed fine art linocut print. I am inspired by the Wilderness, on 2016 I embarked on a journey to visit and illustrate all the National Parks of the US. After spending over 3 years on the road camping , hiking and photographing the outdoors, I documented a very unique imagery collection which I use to Handcraft these prints.  This detailed relief print comes from and original hand drawing which is transferred to a linoleum block ready to be carefully carved, then the block is inked and laid on a press, paper is placed top and after applying pressure the print gets made. A quiet moment of wild grace—this hand-pulled lino print captures a bison moving steadily through a Yellowstone creek, grounded and timeless. From the first pencil line to the final press, every step of the process is done by hand: drawn, carved, and printed with intention. The result is a piece that carries the rhythm of nature and the mark of the maker—bold, tactile, and deeply connected to the land it honors. Hand Printed on white BFK French Rives archival acid free paper Image size: 12” x 15” Paper size : 14” x 17” Bring a touch of the forest’s stillness into your space—wherever you are. Variations do occur in each print as they are printed individually by hand on an etching press. This makes each one of a kind and unique. All the prints come numbered and signed.
