Gluten Free Vanilla Cake Mix

Vanilla or yellow cake is the go-to cake for many desserts, and this gluten free option will have even your most skeptical eaters asking for more.  It’s light, it’s fluffy, and has no trace of graininess or weird aftertastes like most GF cake mixes.  Top it with berries, slather it with chocolate frosting, put a little ice cream on it, or just eat it plain; this cake is sure to be a family favorite! There is no food coloring added, so this cake is only a very light yellow but you can add some if you prefer.
