Yellow Poppet

For folks who prefer to magickally program and work their own dolls for their own special reasons, Yellow Poppets are just the ticket. They have both feet open so you can remove the temporary stuffing and fill them with whatever herbs and ingredients you want, for whatever purpose you need. According to lore, Yellow Poppets can be used for general success, court cases, money-drawing, business success, and prosperity. This poppet can be reused time and again to draw money, luck, or a job to you. Use a green or yellow headed pin to attach a petition paper with your needs written on it to the doll. Anoint the doll, petition paper and a candle of the same color with an oil like Voodoo Mama’s Louisiana Van Van Oil or High John the Conqueror Oil to draw money and wealth, success in all matters, and to gain the edge at games of chance. Perform this ritual during a full or waxing moon to achieve the best effect. When done, remove the petition paper and burn and scatter the ashes to the east. Take the wax remains and leave at a crossroads or throw in a river or stream. Keep the doll safely tucked away until you need to use it again.
