Thermoplastic 4 1/2 inch NH / NST threaded cap and 1 1/8 inch pentagonal nut with weep hole. Constructed from hardened thermoplastic. This cap is intended to keep out dust and debris but NOT intended to hold pressure as it features a weep hole in the center nut and does not have a gasket. May be used in some dry hydrant applications and to cover other non-pressurized openings with 4.5" NH / NST threads.
