Yeast Pitching Kit with DME

Sometimes a yeast starter just isn't enough. High-gravity, big beers present a challenge for even the most robust yeast strains. But combining a yeast starter with a shot of pure oxygen will help ensure a successful ferment every time. The 2000 ml yeast starter kit is preferred for large starters for lagers, strong beers, and 10-gallon batches of homebrew. It features a heat-resistant borosilicate glass flask, which allows you to boil, cool, and ferment the starter wort in the same vessel. Also includes a foam stopper, one pound of DME, and complete instructions. Kit includes: Oxygenation Kit 2.0 Instructions 2000 ml Erlenmeyer Flask 1lb DME For best results, we recommend using a stir plate (not included) with this yeast pitching kit.
