YEAR BADGE 2027 Iron-On Patch | Embroidered

THE YEAR OF THE PILGRIM: 2027 The Scallop Shell is the universal mark of the pilgrim—a symbol worn for centuries by those journeying toward the tomb of Saint James. This original artwork patch commemorates the 2027 journey, featuring a bold golden circular border inscribed with "CAMINO DE SANTIAGO," a crisp white banner anchoring the year 2027, and a radiant golden shell at its center. 2027 is the Holy Year of Saint James, known as an Ano Santo Xacobeo (Año Santo Jacobeo). It is a particularly meaningful year to walk the Camino. Just as the lines of the shell converge at a single point, this design represents the many paths that lead to Santiago de Compostela during this special milestone year. Whether it serves as your primary beacon on the trail or a commemorative piece for your collection, it stands as a timeless reminder of the spirit of the Camino. It is perfect for customizing your hiking pack, shirt, or hat, and looks great framed alongside your Compostela. CRAFTED FOR THE TRAIL This is a Fully Embroidered patch. While woven patches prioritize a thin and soft profile, this embroidered construction is intentionally crafted to be a robust, thick, and stiff badge of honor. It is designed to hold its own against rugged trail conditions. SIZED FOR YOUR GEAR: At 2.25 inches (5.8cm), it fits comfortably on a hat, sleeve, or backpack without taking over. RUGGED & RELIABLE: Built with a high-quality iron-on backing for quick application, or sewn on for a more permanent hold. Will stand up to the sun, rain, and dust of the trail. HONEST QUALITY: An original design by a fellow pilgrim that captures the heritage and tradition of the pilgrimage.
