INGREDIENTS Ghee Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra) Milk Fat SUGGESTED USE One teaspoon two times a day with warm water. Ghee is a dairy-based product. The AHA recommends reducing saturated fat for people who need to lower their cholesterol.
