Yame Spring Blossom Ceremonial Matcha

A vibrant first flush matcha from Yame, Japan, crafted from a refined blend of Okumidori and Yabukita cultivars. Smooth, creamy, and exceptionally aromatic, Yame Spring Blossom opens with a sweet fragrance reminiscent of green candy and fresh spring greens, layered over a deep, lingering umami finish. Sourced from one of Japan’s most celebrated tea-growing regions, this "ceremonial-grade" matcha is carefully produced to highlight natural sweetness while maintaining remarkably low bitterness and astringency. Its luminous emerald color and silky texture make it equally exceptional for delicate usucha and elevated matcha lattes. Balanced, expressive, and intensely fresh, Yame Spring Blossom captures the character of Japan’s first harvest season in every sip — bright, sweet, creamy, and deeply satisfying.
