xTool P2: Automatic Conveyor Feeder Grades: N/A Number of Students: N/A Number of Lessons: N/A Contact Hours: N/A Additional Resources: xTool P2: CO2 Laser Engraver (with Fire Safety Kit) Highlights: The xTool P2 Automatic Conveyor Feeder, designed for the xTool P2, maximizes your engraving and cutting capabilities with a supersized processing area of 118in by 19.6in. It automates the engraving path planning and material feeding process, eliminating manual efforts and accuracy deviations. This feeder is versatile, handling a wide range of materials from plywood and acrylic to softer ones like felt, cork, and EVA. It features anti-slip pressure wheels for high stability, a user-friendly buckle design for easy assembly, and color markings for precise pressure adjustment. The feeder also includes a knob for easy positioning and aligning grids for precise processing. Larger Area, Amazing Effects: The maximum processing area is supersized up to 118''×19.6'', giving you the option to engrave anything up to 118 inches long in size effortlessly, and set more quantity at one time. Automatic Conveying: Automatic engraving path planning and material conveying; Farewell to manual material feeding and accuracy deviation. Creations Unrestrained By Materials: The material range is expanded from plywood, acrylic and fiberboard to soft materials like felt, cork and EVA. Pressing Wheels, High Stability: The upper and lower pressure wheels use anti-slip materials, and materials of various sizes can be easily fixed to prevent them from slipping or shifting during the conveying process. Color Markings For Pressure Setting: Different pressures need to be set for processing different materials. With color markings quickly matching each material pressure level, the pressure can be easily adjusted according to the material type. Easy Positioning Adjustment: Users can easily adjust the position of materials with the lower knob. Aligning Grids For Precise Process: Align the material with the grids on the conveyor feeder and convey the material to the device, so that the material is parallel to the conveying direction.   Technology Requirements/Specifications: Package Size: 30.2''×10.1''×9.1'' (769×255×230mm) Product Size: 27.1''×7.8''×5.3'' (687×200×135mm) Product Weight: 8.04kg Max Speed: 160mm/s Work Area: Maximum Processing Area: 118''×19.6'' (3000mm×500mm) Maximum Material Width: 24.5'' (624mm) Minimum Material Width: 2.5'' (65mm) Minimum Material Thickness: 0.55'' (14mm) Special Notes and Considerations: Frequently Asked Questions Does the conveyor rail need to be purchased separately? There are 2 pairs as standard, and the support hard material length is 39 inches. Add conveyor rails according to the length of the material to be processed. Make sure that the part of a material hung in the air is no longer than 30 cm. To use more conveyor rails, you need to purchase them. Unexpected sounds are made at the pinch rollers - what can I do? Check whether the pressure of the pinch rollers is set too high. Setting the pressure too high may cause machine faults. When this happens, reduce the pressure of the pinch rollers. What is the maximum thickness of plywood supported by the conveyor feeder? The maximum thickness of plywood supported is 14 mm. When you process a piece of plywood thicker than 9 mm, however, the conveying accuracy significantly depends on the flatness of the plywood. Therefore, to process a piece thicker than 9 mm, you need to ensure that it is flat without warped edges or being twisted. How do I ensure the material processing accuracy? Use flat materials without warped edges, arched parts, or being twisted, when possible. Soft and flexible materials are easy to distort, may not be accurately conveyed, and are easy to stick in gaps. For soft and flexible materials of thickness less than 3 mm, you are advised to stick PET tape on its back before processing. Can I use the conveyor feeder to process corrugated paper? You are advised not to process corrugated paper with the conveyor feeder. To ensure the accuracy of conveying the corrugated paper, high pressure is required, which may damage the surface of the corrugated paper. How do I clean the conveyor feeder? If residues (such as wood chips) accumulate under the pinch rollers, you can turn over the conveyor feeder, and clean the pinch rollers with a brush (such as a toothbrush) while turning the knob. If the smoke produced due to material processing is not exhausted in time, the working area may become dirty. You can clean it by using tissues moistened with alcohol.
