Prep cream typically provides the longest baseline comfort; spray and gel help extend relief mid-session. Results vary by skin, placement, and session length. Can my artist apply it? Many studios allow client prep; always confirm with your artist and follow their protocol. Will it affect the stencil? When used as directed and fully cleaned before tattooing, stencils and inks perform normally.
