XKG Transition Jacket

The XKG Transition Jacket is built for hunters who need dependable warmth without the weight. Packed with 100 grams of Primaloft® Gold Cross Core insulation and wrapped in ultra-light, 100% micro ripstop polyester, this piece delivers serious heat in a streamlined, packable design. Weighing next to nothing at 15.1 oz. and compressing into its own zip pocket, the XKG Transition Jacket disappears into your pack until you need it—perfect for glassing on a cold ridge, layering under a shell, or tossing on at camp when the sun dips low. The quilt-stitched ripstop construction keeps insulation in place, while a water-resistant finish helps block light moisture and wind. Tailored for a performance fit and designed to integrate seamlessly with your XKG layering system, it pairs perfectly with the XKG Lone Peak (L4), XKG Covert Hoodie (L2), or Stormtrek Rain Jacket (L5). Whether you’re chasing elk or mulies in the high country or hunkered down in the cold, the XKG Transition Jacket gives you the warmth you need without slowing you down.
