xBloom Original - Open Box

xBloom Original Coffee Machine The xBloom Original is a sophisticated automatic pour-over coffee brewer with the intelligence and power to coax nuanced flavors out of specialty coffees in every cup. With a built-in grinder and solid-state pouring technology that replicates unique barista pouring styles, the Original xBloom coffee machine is an astounding feat of engineering that will take your home coffee experience to the next level.  Features & Benefits The xBloom Original features a built-in 48 mm conical burr grinder that automatically adjusts itself based on the beans you’re using, so you don’t need to spend time dialing in. From there, the xBloom uses advanced technology to recreate the pouring style of a professional barista, adjusting the water temperature, pouring pattern, bloom time, and water to coffee ratio based on the type of coffee you’re using.  This is all made possible by the xBloom’s ingenious xPod system. These are not your standard coffee pods—xBloom works with some of the best coffee roasters in the world to create biodegradable pods full of whole-bean coffee which you grind fresh for every cup. An RFID tag at the bottom of each pod informs the xBloom of the perfect brewing parameters which the brewer automatically matches, so you end up with a cup of pour-over exactly the way the coffee roaster intended it.  Do you have to use xPods? Absolutely not. The xBloom comes with a reusable dripper so you can prepare the beans of your choice with the finesse and expertise you expect from your local cafe—manually adjust all brewing parameters to experiment with new recipes and develop the perfect pour-over for whatever your preferences are. Connect the xBloom to your phone via Bluetooth for full access to the machine’s functionality on the go.
