It is powered and operated by an INVISIO Gen II control unit. The ergonomic design is perfected to fit the ear and soft, yet durable, materials ensure comfort for prolonged usage. Headset sleeves with an integrated INVISIO EarWing™ protect from wear and tear and provides a more secure and comfortable fit. There are multiple ear tip options: Foam tips for optimal hearing protection (SNR 39 dB / NRR 32 dB) Tri-flanged tips for fast and easy fitting The INVISIO CustomFit™ - for the ultimate personalization The X7 headset weighs only 47 grams, fits under helmets, eyewear and breathing apparatus, and is MIL-STD-810H compliant. Unparalleled comfort and ease of use: The X7 features soft materials, ergonomic design and an integrated voice pick-up sensor (VPU) that does not require a specific in-ear contact point. The INVISIO X7’s implementation of a voice pick-up sensor (VPU) enables clear communication, while maintaining 360-degrees, uninterrupted, situational awareness. The VPU picks up vibrations from the inner ear which are transferred via the ear tip and earpiece, and transformed into speech. This technology makes fitting fast and easy, increases comfort and provides robust and reliable Tx.
