X-Link Quick Connect - Fitting Kits

X-Link™ Quick Connect Fittings Built specifically for landfill gas well pump applications, the X-Link™ Quick Connect Fitting System is a patent-pending connection solution engineered to eliminate the need for hose clamps. Designed exclusively for use with our X-Link™ Pump Tubing, the fitting and tubing work together to create a tight, reliable seal without the hassle of traditional clamp systems. This is a true field-first design — built by landfill professionals who understand the realities of pump installation, maintenance, and repair in harsh landfill environments. The result is a cleaner installation process, fewer leak points, faster field service, and a more reliable long-term connection. Our custom-machined fittings are engineered for strength, corrosion resistance, and ease of maintenance in the field. Whether you are installing a new pump system or converting existing wells to X-Link™ Tubing, the X-Link™ Quick Connect system is designed to simplify the job and keep crews moving. A key advantage of the X-Link™ system is increased internal flow capacity. Because the tubing is expanded over the fitting instead of compressed with traditional clamp systems, our fittings can be machined with substantially larger internal diameters than conventional barb fittings. For example, our 3/4” X-Link™ fitting features an internal diameter of approximately .625”, compared to many traditional 1” fittings with internal diameters around .650”. This allows the X-Link™ system to maintain excellent flow performance while reducing tubing bulk and improving handling in the field. Why Choose X-Link™ Quick Connect Fittings?
