Wuyi Rock Oolong - Oolong Tea

A mineral-rich, beautifully roasted oolong from the legendary Wuyi Mountains of Fujian, China. Wuyi Rock Oolong is a distinctive Chinese oolong known for its smooth depth, floral character, and signature mineral quality. Steeping Instructions 3-5 mins  195-203° F  1 heaped tsp./6-8 oz serving For a more traditional preparation, briefly rinse the leaves with hot water and discard the first rinse.
