Wusthof Two-Stage Manual Knife Sharpener

The Wusthof Two-Stage Manual Knife Sharpener is expertly designed to restore your European and American style cutlery to peak performance with ease. Featuring a two-stage sharpening process, this sharpener efficiently sharpens dull knives to a razor-sharp edge in no time. To sharpen a dull knife, simply pull it through the coarse stage at a 90° angle with moderate pressure until a new edge is set. Once the edge is established, refine it further by honing it with the fine stage using lighter pressure. For maintenance, keep your knives in optimal condition by honing them in the fine stage every second use. With the Wusthof Two-Stage Manual Knife Sharpener, maintaining sharp and precise knives has never been simpler.
