Wüsthof AMICI 8" Chef's Knife

Inspired by the Italian spirit of “la dolce vita,” the Amici knife series reminds us to cherish simple things, like creating daily meals to nourish ourselves and those around us. Combining the sun-drenched character of Mediterranean olive wood with the timeless precision of a WÜSTHOF blade, consider the Amici Chef’s Knife your all-purpose, go-to kitchen tool for preparing food that makes everyday moments special. Amici is our way of doing simple best. Forged from a single piece of WÜSTHOF steel, the precision-sharpened, 8-inch blade makes this knife agile, intuitive, and easy to handle. A full bolster - the thicker area between the blade and the handle on forged knives – further protects your fingers during slicing and dicing. The custom-grained Calabrian olive wood handle is naturally water-resistant and antibacterial, and its organic shape fits comfortably in hands of any size.
