Caffeine One of the most widely used substances in the world! We’ve all had it and pretty much know what it does, but did you know that caffeine can improve performance on a range of different tasks, including vigilance, response time and information processing? Wow! But is more better? Experts say no! When comparisons are made between people whose daily intake of caffeine is low (up to 100 mg caffeine per day) and those who regularly consume a high amount of caffeine (more than 300 mg caffeine per day), improvements are small and don't get better with more caffeine. That’s why Wurk Gum contains 100mg of caffeine per serving, it’s just science. L-Theanine You might not have heard of it, but once you feel it, you’ll be all about it. L-Theanine is an amino acid that comes from tea leaves. We use it for its ability to enhance Alpha Brain Waves. These really cool brain waves are associated with a state of “wakeful relaxation” that boosts your creativity and focus while maintaining a calm but not sedated state. The real beauty is when you combine L-Theanine with Caffeine. This combination creates the ultimate GET WURK DONE experience. Energy, Focus, and Creativity all working together in perfect harmony.
