Wrist Roller and Rack Attachment

This wrist roller will make you cry in pain—and you'll be happy about it! Build your forearms and develop your grip strength either as a stand-alone piece of gear or grab the optional rack attachment bracket to connect it to your 2.3" x 2.3" power rack or TRUE 3" x 3" rack for next-level isolation. The handles are lightly textured for comfort with a convenient center channel so your strap doesn't run amok. Throw on a weight plate, choose from 10 adjustable strap lengths, and feel the burn! IMPORTANT: Ensure you select the correct rack attachment bracket for your power rack upright size.
