Wounded Lion - Extra Hot Pineapple Jerk (9oz)

Buffalo Soldier just leveled up. Wounded Lion takes that dangerously addictive Caribbean jerk and grilled pineapple combo and arms it with a 9/10 superhot arsenal. Same aromatic baking spices (allspice, clove, cinnamon). Same sweet grilled pineapple base. Same island soul. But now with Ghost, Trinidad Scorpion, and Carolina Reaper peppers that turn tropical heat into a full-blown inferno. Here's what separates this from other superhot sauces: the grilled pineapple sweetness doesn't just disappear under the fire. It fights back. The fruit's natural sugars and the traditional jerk spices create a complex base that carries the superhot burn instead of getting buried by it. You'll taste layers of Caribbean aromatics before the heat builds; and when it builds, it really builds. Best for: Jerk chicken that lives up to the name Pork ribs when you want to stand out Shrimp and seafood with serious attitude Grilled vegetables for the brave Wings that separate the talkers from the walkers Anyone who thought Buffalo Soldier was "too tame" The superhots add a fruity, almost floral complexity that plays surprisingly well with pineapple and island spices. This isn't simple heat, it's artisan-level Caribbean fire with depth and balance, even at 9/10 heat. Want the flavor without the fury? Try Buffalo Soldier at 6/10 heat. Refrigerate after opening.
