Work With Me

When something happens with your breast health, there’s a lot of information—and not always a lot of support for what comes after. Maybe you’re navigating a diagnosis, treatment, recovery, or survivorship. Maybe you’re in chemical menopause or dealing with a body that suddenly feels unfamiliar after surgery (of any kind!). Maybe you had a scare that made you realize you want to start taking your health more seriously. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to figure out what comes next on your own. Find your way forward. Together, we’ll make sense of where you are, what has changed, and what you need now to evolve to the next version of yourself.  We’ll look at the things that affect how you feel and function every day—your nutrition, stress, sleep, habits, nervous system, and relationship with your body—and figure out what’s actually worth your energy. You’ll have someone in your corner who knows this territory, has tried all the things, and has spent years doing this work. I’m not afraid to ask the hard questions, help you see what you might not be seeing, and figure out what matters most. This is for you if you’re ready to actually make some changes, be honest about what’s working and what isn’t, and show up for yourself. This isn’t a quick fix or another list of things to try. It’s a space to do the work, with someone in your corner. What's included: A 90-minute intake session, three 50-minute private sessions, email support between sessions, and personalized practices and lots of resources & recommendations are included.
