The wool is sourced from nearby farms and processed close to its origin, supporting local shepherds while reducing the distance the fiber travels from farm to mill. Spun from carefully selected fleeces from local dairy flocks, Mota gives new life to wool that has often been overlooked. WoolDreamers believes this beautiful Spanish wool deserves to be celebrated, creating a yarn that connects knitters to the sheep, shepherds, and landscapes that make it possible. The blend of Spanish Merino and Manchega wool creates a yarn that is both soft and resilient. Its lofty 3-ply construction blooms beautifully after blocking, producing garments with warmth, durability, and the timeless character that wool lovers appreciate. WoolDreamers' commitment to preserving Spanish wool traditions and supporting regional shepherding makes Mota a yarn you can feel good about knitting. Looking for Mota inspiration?
