Houndsman XP Pathfinder Wool Vest

Built for serious houndsmen. Tested in real country. The Houndsman XP Pathfinder Wool Vest is designed for hunters who live in their gear season after season. Made from heavyweight wool that keeps working even when it’s damp, this vest gives you the warmth and freedom of movement you need when you’re handling dogs, climbing hills, and pushing through brush. The Pathfinder is cut long enough to keep your core covered when you’re bending and reaching, with roomy armholes so it layers cleanly over a hoodie, flannel, or base layer. Wool naturally blocks wind, resists odors, and stays warm even when wet—making this a go-to piece from the first frost through late winter runs. Every detail is built around the houndsman: quiet fabric that doesn’t swish in the woods, pockets you can actually use, and a fit that doesn’t bind when you’re handling leads, lights, and gear. If you spend more nights in the timber than on the couch, this vest belongs in your truck.
