Wolf Tooth RoadLink

The Wolf Tooth RoadLink is a deceptively simple component that unlocks a much wider gear range for road, gravel, cyclocross, and commuter drivetrains. By repositioning the rear derailleur lower and farther back, the RoadLink allows modern road derailleurs to clear larger cassette cogs—opening the door to mountain-bike-style gearing without sacrificing clean shifting in the smaller gears. For riders looking to move to a 1x setup or simply gain lower climbing gears, the RoadLink offers a smart, lightweight solution. It makes it possible to run wide-range cassettes up to 40 teeth while preserving the shifting precision expected from a road drivetrain. Whether you’re tackling steep gravel climbs, loaded touring routes, or aggressive mixed-surface riding, the RoadLink helps deliver the gearing flexibility your bike was missing. Installation is straightforward and fast, typically taking less than five minutes with basic tools. The RoadLink mounts directly to a standard derailleur hanger and is optimized around Shimano road derailleur geometry, though it also performs well with select SRAM and Campagnolo road derailleurs within supported ranges. Its compact, CNC-machined aluminum design adds minimal weight while dramatically expanding drivetrain capability. Wolf Tooth RoadLink Specs at a Glance Weight: 17 g. Material: 6061 aluminum.
